This is a piece inspired by recent events. It seems that a lot of bad things have happened recently to me and my family. And I am a firm believer in karma. So I depict bad karma as this monster that takes things and causes events to happen. Its going to be about 3 to 4 feet tall and will have clay and painted elements incorporated throughout the work.
Maybe you could also depict good karma in this one, but in a small way. Perhaps bad karma is fighting with good karma but winning. Maybe they would be fighting over a person. Kind of like an angel vs devil situation but not quite. Maybe the use of words would be good for this piece, but nothing tacky or cliche. Something that makes you understand the situation of the piece without being too direct.
